Program Documentation

Bring Your Work to Life

The moments that happen in classrooms, workshops, and school communities can help others understand what makes your work meaningful.

Whether you want to share a student experience with families, show a school partner how a program works, or communicate with funders, we plan documentation around the people you want to reach and what you want them to understand.

Capture the Experience Through Photo and Video

Choose photography, video, or a combination of both based on your goals and how you plan to use the content.

Photography

Photography captures the people, activities, and moments behind your program or event. Use images across websites, newsletters, reports, presentations, and outreach.

Video

Video brings together footage, interviews, and participant voices to show a program in action, share experiences, and communicate its story beyond the classroom.

Restorative Circles: Documenting Change in a School Community

How do you help others understand the value of a school program? Show them the people and experiences behind it.

We documented Restorative Circles in a New York City public school, bringing the program’s approach and experiences to life on video.

~30 → 1The school reported that expulsions decreased from approximately 30 per year to one per year, and the video was used to support the program’s expansion.

Entrepreneurial Education: A Participant’s Story

A participant’s experience can help others see what a program makes possible. Marie’s mini-documentary shares her story within an entrepreneurial education program, giving viewers a personal perspective on the work.

Who We Support

Support for Your Education Community

Schools and Districts

Share what’s happening in your school community.

From classroom initiatives and student showcases to school events and celebrations, we help you capture experiences that families, staff, and partners can see and share.

Photo and video content can support family communication, school newsletters, websites, presentations, and outreach.

School Contractors and Education Providers

Show schools your program in action.

Your team is already delivering valuable experiences. We document instruction, student participation, showcases, and program activities so schools and stakeholders can see your work firsthand.

Content can support reporting, renewal discussions, future proposals, and outreach to additional schools.

Planning an upcoming program? We can discuss your documentation goals and work with you and the school to explore how the work may fit within the applicable purchasing or contract process.

Educational Nonprofits

Help supporters see the work they make possible.

Your programs bring people, resources, and opportunities together. We capture activities and participant experiences to help you share your story with families, partners, funders, and future participants.

Use the content in reports, campaigns, presentations, and outreach that supports your organization’s goals.

Our Process

Planned Around Your Audience and Goals

Before production begins, we work with you to answer three questions:

Those answers guide what we capture and the finished photos and videos we create. We also discuss permissions for school settings and accessibility options, including captions, ASL, and translations, as part of the project plan.

  1. Who needs to see the story?
  2. What do they need to understand?
  3. Where will the content be used?
