NYC Public Schools Program Story
Challenge: Communicate how the restorative-circles program supported students and give education decision-makers credible evidence of its value. Approach: ENM combined student and staff experiences with program-reported data and on-site footage across two schools to show both the human impact and measurable outcomes.
Result: The finished mini-documentary documented a program-reported dropout-rate improvement from 82% to 2% and gave stakeholders a clear way to communicate the program’s impact and support continued expansion.

NYC Department of Health: Community Health Fair Headshots
Challenge: Help community health fair attendees feel comfortable taking part in a portrait experience.
Our Approach: We built a guided portrait experience, not a typical “sit, click, and go” station, and helped participants relax and feel confident in front of the camera.
Result: Some attendees received their first professional photograph in more than 10 years. The finished portraits exceeded the department’s expectations, and the team said they would recommend ENM to other NYC Health departments for future events.

New York State Gaming Commission: Casino License Announcement
Challenge: Deliver a professional live stream for the New York State Gaming Commission at the announcement of three new casino licenses, held at an NYC Parks facility, while coordinating with the facility’s team for event audio.
Our Approach: We handled the technical setup and kept the broadcast on track, working with NYC Parks and its on-site audio team.
Result: The YouTube stream reached more than 2,000 views in its first hour. NYC Parks staff said they enjoyed working with ENM and would recommend us for future video production at the facility.
