We’re looking for experienced creative professionals to join our production network and support upcoming projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for safety-focused grips to support lighting, camera, and production departments on interviews, events, documentary-style shoots, and other field productions. Grips must follow the key grip, director of photography, or designated ENM production lead while handling equipment carefully and maintaining a safe set.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the safe setup, adjustment, and breakdown of stands, flags, frames, diffusion, reflectors, rigging, camera support, and related grip equipment.
  • Support lighting control and camera movement according to instructions from the key grip, director of photography, or production lead.
  • Complete load-in, equipment organization, cable management, sandbagging, and load-out safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect equipment for visible damage and report safety concerns before use.
  • Maintain clear walkways, secure work areas, and follow venue and production safety procedures.
  • Do not perform electrical or specialized rigging work unless qualified and specifically assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous grip, lighting-support, stagehand, or production-equipment experience.
  • Practical knowledge of common grip tools, stands, flags, modifiers, rigging hardware, and safe set practices.
  • Ability to follow technical directions, communicate clearly, and work cooperatively under time constraints.
  • Ability to safely handle common grip equipment and physical production tasks, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
  • Reliable transportation to assigned project locations and appropriate work attire and footwear.
  • Two professional references and any applicable safety, lift, rigging, or equipment certifications.
